Frequently Asked Questions
You can find your plan type in your Subscription settings, which are located in your Account Settings. Access your Account Settings by logging in, then by hovering over your “Me” avatar at the top right to access a dropdown menu of options.
You can use the resulting page to upgrade to a Plus or Enterprise subscription. Both subscription options can be purchased directly on Voices or you can discuss further with an Account Manager. To contact an account manager, email [email protected].
Voices accepts all commonly used payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, and Paypal. Invoicing with 30-day terms is available to Plus and Enterprise clients.
A small processing fee will be charged to Basic and Plus clients. This fee is waived for Enterprise.
If your payment requirements are outside of the norm or are exceptionally complex, not a problem! Our team of in-house experts are more than qualified to handle any complexities you have. We encourage you to contact a member from our Managed Services team to discuss different payment options and how we can help.
All payments, regardless of payment method, are safely held in our SurePay™ payment system.
The Voices Basic plan is free and gives you complete access to our entire voice marketplace. With a Basic plan you can post a job, search talent to privately invite them to a job. However, with a Basic account, you will have limited payment and collaboration options.
If you’re already a Basic subscriber and want to learn more about upgrading you can review the difference between each of the plans. Should you want to upgrade to Plus or Enterprise, contact your dedicated support manager noted on your My Home dashboard.
Yes. All team members under your account will be able to access the benefits of Voices Plus or Voices Enterprise.
You must be logged in to add additional team members. Once logged in, select the Me avatar from the top right corner of your screen. Select Manage Team and add additional members. You can add a Manager or a Member to your team. You can change your team members’ permissions at any time.
Team members can be removed from the same page. Use the three dots to the right of their account name and select Delete User.
