Yes, you can do this easily from your Subscription section, which is found in your Account Settings under the Me dropdown when you’re logged in to your account.
By upgrading, you will unlock the ability to:
- Have our team of experts provide you with favorite lists
- Save time by having our team negotiate rates on your behalf
- Recieve jobs fully managed
- Save on the processing fee
- Receive additional security with multi-factor authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (also known as 2-Step Verification or 2-Factor Authentication) allows you to add an extra layer of security to your Voices account beyond your username and password. The fact that a second layer of authentication is required significantly reduces the risk of compromise versus reliance on a username and password alone. This security feature is available to Enterprise clients only.

Yes they can. The Enterprise option allows you to add any team members to your account and they can use all of the tools included.
To add a new team member to your Enterprise account go to your Me dropdown and select Manage Team. On this page you will see all team members on your account and you will have the ability to invite new members using the Invite Member button. Have their email ready so you can invite them. You can add new members as either a Member or a Manager.

Yes you can. At this time, if you cancel your Enterprise subscription, you’ll be downgraded to our free Basic level. Because we bill yearly, you will not be refunded.
If you would prefer to downgrade to our Plus offering, you can do so through your Me drop down.
