Explaining Why PayPal Subscription Cancellations Occur

Did you receive a notification via email from PayPal indicating that your Voices subscription has been cancelled?

We do not have the information you are seeking because it is PayPal who is notifying you that your renewal subscription was cancelled, not Voices. PayPal bills you and sends us the funds, so we do not have access to any of the billing information.
 
If you recently cancelled your PayPal account, changed your banking information or your credit card has expired, your Voices subscription would be automatically cancelled by PayPal. You will want to contact PayPal to find out the reason for the cancellation.
 
Your membership at Voices will continue to be active until your renewal date.
