What is the Processing Fee?
THE PROCESSING FEE
The Processing Fee is a 4%-6% fee charged to Basic and Voices Plus clients and added to their transaction subtotal when hiring talent or making an additional payment. The fee varies depending on the method of payment selected with 4% charged to PayPal and Credit Card, and 6% charged to invoicing.This fee helps us facilitate your job and process inbound transactions and disburse payment to talent once work is completed.
The Processing Fee is not charged when signing up for our subscription services like Voices Plus or Voices Enterprise.
