Why am I seeing an Unable to Access error?

Unable to Access?
If you have encountered a screen reading, "Unable to Access" while logged into a Manager or Member account, then you have attempted to access an area outside of the permissions of your Role.

While this should not happen when navigating normally within your account it can appear if you have clicked on a shared link or URL or clicked on a bookmark referencing a section that is outside of the permissions of your Role.

If you think you should have access to the page, reach out to your account Owner or Manager to get the appropriate permissions.
