What is the Voices refund policy?
Refunds and Cancellations
When you purchase with Voices, you are paying for services upfront. By registering on Voices, you agree to our Terms of Service, stating that memberships, subscriptions, and services provided are non-refundable.
Please note that by default, all talent memberships and client subscriptions renew automatically. If you wish to cancel your membership, please submit a cancellation request located on your profile under Account Settings/Membership/Cancel Membership. Please submit your request at least five (5) business days before your renewal date to ensure we can stop your payment before your renewal date.
The Platform Fee (for talent) and Processing Fee (for clients) are non-refundable, and the talent fee is subject to the agreement between client and talent. Should a dispute occur over payment between client and talent that you cannot reconcile independently, a member of our Support Team will arbitrate and investigate the details and attempt to provide a solution. However, as outlined in our Terms of Service, Voices is not responsible or liable for disputes between client and talent. The full resolution of disputes is the client's responsibility and talent alone.
