you can only help those who are willing to help themselves. You can give someone all the tools in the world, but if they don't want to put in any work, I mean, this is why I can't do the work for them. That's why sometimes Loki, I stopped trying to be a helpful voice to certain people when they would call me sometimes because I felt like I was feeling like a broken record, just giving a lot of energy and motivation. And I'm like I realised at the same point, I'm like, This is the third time I've said this and they're not making any changes. It's extremely draining. So I'm like, You know, I can't do this anymore. I think I even said once I'm like, Look, I don't want to be a broken record anymore And if this is going to be the case, then I'd honestly rather just not because I don't have the energy to give this much for nothing. You only have so much energy, and really at this point, especially in our careers, were on the come up. We're trying to make **** happen. We've got to spend that energy on ourselves absolutely have to. Absolutely. That's why it's so important again, who you spend your time with, who you allow access to, who you tell your things to again. Not everybody is for everything, and you're going to learn which people are, which are for which things. Some people you go to the cry with some people you go to the party with. Some people will go to your happy with some people will go to with this with. Now again, those have to be mutual relationships and you gotta be getting back to the other person. But it's not one person for everything. And it's not everybody for everything you find, which person brings what out of you and you gravitate or who brings the best parts.
