For character work, yes but they ar enot always polished. The most used are Japanese/American, Aussie, Scottish and Native American.
A few... and it may shock you. Redd Foxx and Ronald Reagan are SPOT ON. I can do many others but mostly old school like James Stewart, Johnny Carson, George Bush....
I base it off of your specs and script and decide age, education, social status, etc and apply a fitting voice. If it is an animation character a phot/drawing helps!
