Hello. My name is Patrick Bishop. I want to thank you genuinely for the time you're taking now to listen to this introduction. This recording is a result of coincidence, fate perhaps as prior to a few months ago, I would have never foreseen myself sitting here now recording these words, I survived the trials and tribulations of covid with my prior employment intact. However, I could not resist the resulting movement and jumped on the work from home bandwagon. Despite my background and management and accounting, I was oddly attracted to my first ever call center experience. Despite there being a significant reduction in pay. Simply upon arriving at training, I found instructors interrupting their own classes to commend me on my voice. Now while on calls, I'm told several times a week that I've missed my calling, that my voice is beyond my current role. It is this path of coincidence that has resulted in me recording this for your review. Today, I again sincerely value your time and appreciate your consideration.
