This meditation is specifically designed if your body is ailing is not feeling too well and if you feel your immune system can use a boost. So we are going to start with the deepest inhale you have taken the entire day. Unless you take this inhale, just pay attention to your body which are the parts that feel uncomfortable as you try to do as something as natural and simple as a deep in here. Does the chest hurt? The belly ache, Does the back feel congested and while watching all these discomforts and diseases try to be present and kind and take another deep breath as deep as comfortably possible. Let's try for a few more breaths together. Inhale through the mouth if that's possible for you. At this point feeling the body the lungs as much as possible and exhaling through the mouth. Loving the body to relax a little bit more. And let's start by tuning into the physical body, starting from the lowest organ. So let's first bring up a governess to our little feet. Tiny does the skin under the foot skin around the anchors. And imagine our fingertips gently massaging the feet from inside, allow your mind to imagine as if your fingers gently massaging your feet a lot of kindness and gentleness. And if you notice a disease or a difficulty tightness in this area, gently have the intention in your heart to release. So this could be similar to the feeling of complete relaxation that you have in your floating on the ocean. How even your lying down on soft grass and watching a blue sky feeling the breeze on your skin. Remembering a feeling of absolute relaxation and release. We want to give that same feeling to each square inch of skin that we come into contact with our imaginary hands that are very lovingly and gently massaging our feet and little by little move your awareness further up working your way through the calves, shame, knees, the kneecap, the ligaments around it, the ties all the while massaging each bone, each muscle, each piece of flesh apart of skin that you notice. You acknowledge massaging them with kindness and softness with your imaginary fingers and having the intention of releasing any discomfort. one more deep inhale through the mouth if this is possible and little by little working your way up the body, spending time in the pelvic area, the sitting bones, the hip balls, the belly, lower belly and the lower back, spending time with each organ. Each muscle each set of bones, gently massaging them internally with the intention of releasing any discomfort. And if you know this area that's in pain at this very moment, perhaps your chest or your lungs spend a little bit more time as a very gently caressing what a good child falls down and bruises her knees. How we will gently caress the legs and would sue with her in the same way. Can I sing the hurting chest internal and even talk to him very gently. I know you're hurting. I know this is painful, but I am here for you. Worry gently love your imaginary fingertips to massage the lungs the chest through the rib cages around the heart, spend time if you can look at the exact area of acute pain and imagine massaging this part with a lot of love and kindness all the while relaxing around it. So I said that heart of pain, it's like a crying baby. So you're not telling the baby to stop crying, but you're just holding the baby while the baby cries, being soft and kind hugging the baby very gently. It's the same attitude. This space in your body that's in pain at this moment. Little by little work your way towards the neck, hand, jaws, back of the head, ear lobes. And once you've completed the full body massage with the imaginary hands, spend a little bit of time exploring the body to look at an area that's in a little bit more pain than the rest of it. And go back to that space and spend time being soft and kind continuing that massage from within, gently caressing all parts of this area and acknowledging the pain and saying, I hear you, I feel you and it's okay for I am here for you, spend time in this space and talk with a lot of kindness and love to your own internal body. Now you place your attention is where your energy goes and right now the attention we are giving is a lot of love and kindness. And if it is possible, gently allow yourself to smile to this organ of this space from inside. Smiling with my organs from inside. If it's difficult to smile at this hurting space, you could imagine what it would be like if this organ smiled. If it's my chest, what would it feel like if my chest was smiling at me? But if my lungs were smiling at me, spend as much as time you need to be kind and gentle in this pairs, you could even bring your palms to rest on this area and give a hug gently holding your body, telling this very body. I know you are hurting but I am here for you. Allow yourself to take as deep as possible breaths and allow your body to be soft and relaxed as much as possible and most of all be kind to yourself and it's okay that this isn't a perfect practice. But having the intention of love and kindness is something your body and every self in you will feel and respond in kind suspend as much as time. You need allow yourself to fall asleep if that is something possible at this point. But continue to sit with kindness and softness internally. I wish she was pretty recovery
