My closest colleague, Alka worked for a man named Harro who was really not a good boss. Alka had her entire team was suffering under Hao's management and I was hoping something would happen. But when Harro lost his job, my own reaction surprised me. One morning. I came to the office a little later than usual. It was in January and there was snow on the road.
