Any and all! Most projects request MP3 or WAV, but you let me know what you need, and I'll make it happen.
Out of the gate, I always require some reference or direction for tone, speed, and delivery (i.e. "a bit slower, warm, like a third grade teacher."), and if it comes to it, I request a live session with you to ENSURE we nail the delivery.
I include two rounds of (minor) revisions (not inclusive of script changes or if I make an error: errors on my part are always corrected free of charge; script changes or additions usually incur an additional fee).

I'm always happy to accommodate live directed sessions. Since training scripts tend to be longer, I just add a $250/hour rate on top of the baseline rate to cover the session time as well. 30 minute sessions incur a $150 fee.
Since training scripts tend to be longer and are not intended for commercial use, I charge on a per word basis. That makes pricing extremely simple and transparent: > 500 words : $0.40 / word 501 - 2000 : $0.25 / word 2001 - 5000 : $0.20 / word
