Jennifer DeShon

While most kids dreamed of becoming a teacher or a nurse, I knew I wanted to be in radio. I attended a college with a telecommunications program where I could broadcast on their campus radio station and learn about the business. I have been on-air talent, recorded many commercial spots, and wrote/reported daily newscasts. I have also been a mobile disc jockey, emcee, and narrator for local productions. Opportunities in my rural community were limited, so I eventually went into another industry to support my family. I am excited to use my vocal abilities to explore new worlds in this field.
