Elissa, a Canadian gold mining company, needed to extend the life of the chopper gold mine in eastern Turkey. This required building a new and complex processing plant. The Ph I Plus Coach programme was deployed across the 3.5 year project lifespan. Its purpose was to create a single project, identity and culture, build an integrated leadership team, enhance inter company collaboration and design an agile project structure that was fit for purpose.
