We have risen and now we move forward. Amnio 2.0 will be built on a foundation of empowerment. It will require new skills, new approaches and new ways of thinking about leadership. For all of us, this transformation has already begun with the Amnio Leadership Lab, our first formal leadership development initiative. In the recent weeks, the Amnio executive and senior leadership teams have been engaged in a series of classes and conversations designed to build organizational and leadership capabilities. The teams are exploring topics including building trust, strengthening, communications, giving and receiving feedback and making effective decisions. Now it's your turn to join in.
