good morning. Find yourself in a comfortable seated position. Sit up nice and tall. Allow your hands to rest lightly on your thighs. Palm's facing the ceiling. Close your eyes. Keep your eyes closed. Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale completely. Bring your focus to your breath as you inhale. Feel your breath. Fill your lungs completely. Allow your lungs to expand to the front, to the sides and to the back. Empty your lungs all the way for the next minute or so. Simply quiet your mind and focus on your breath.
