We have built a lot of knowledge and experiences, but each knowledge is on its own. Each leader applies what he knows. That's why Globin has designed leadership DNA to build a definition and vision of leadership that will allow Globin to reinvent the present and future of the business. When we think about leadership, there are a few fundamental components, the purpose, mission and responsibilities of a leader. As a leader at Globen, we propose thinking about leadership in three ways, leading myself, leading people and teams and leading the business. In order to lead these three areas. Every leader must incorporate the skills and competencies that form the three pillars of leadership, one the power to communicate, two self awareness and three the ability to have an impact on the team. We also have some skills that we consider transversal to these three pillars, the right attitude, active listening and creativity. Keep in mind that all of these concepts are a part of a leadership model developed by Globin at Globin.
