As the wind comes from the tank, the bottles air placed onto the conveyor. They begin their journey to your door. The next step for the bottle is to go into the Rentzer Spar jer so that any leftover cardboard dust is rinsed out of the bottle and then the bottle is dried, using high pressure gas. From there, the bottle goes into the filler, where it's filled with that delicious wine and then immediately court to prevent any oxygen uptake. Once the bottle is corked, it goes around the corner to the foil spinner, where the capsule is applied using compressed air, and then a spinner shrinks the capsule on. As the head spins at high speed, it collapses the foil down onto the neck of the bottle and makes a nice tight seal. Once that process is done, the bottle goes around to the Leibler. Once labeled, it's all packaged and will be shipped to our fulfillment partner, Wind direct
