Welcome to this guided meditation. Find a comfortable position, whether seated or lying down and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Feeling the air fill your lungs and exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension in this moment. Let go of any thoughts or worries, allow your mind to be at peace like a lake on a quiet day as you breathe, imagine a warm golden light surrounding you cocooning you in a blanket of tranquility and serenity. Visualize yourself walking along a beautiful path in nature. Feel the gentle breeze brushing against your skin and the soft earth beneath your feet ahead. You see a breathtaking garden filled with vibrant flowers and lush greenery. This garden represents your inner sanctuary as you explore the garden, notice a peaceful flowing stream, let the sound of the water, soothe your mind, washing away any stress or negativity, find a comfortable spot near the stream and sit down. Take a moment to observe the beauty around you. The colors, scents, the sounds. Now bring your attention to your breath once again, inhale deeply filling your lungs and exhale fully, releasing any remaining tension as you continue to breathe. Imagine each inhale, carrying positive energy into your body and each exhale, carrying away any worries or fears, know that you are safe and that this moment is yours to embrace with peace and acceptance. In a few moments, I will quietly guide you back to the present. When you're ready, slowly open your eyes, taking the serenity of this experience with you. Remember, you can return to this inner sanctuary any time you need a moment of calm and rejuvenation. No must stay.
