Yep, Right in the end, after leaving the gorge, the trail is really hard. But fortunately, it's not going to be our acquaintance with the soil that will stay with us from this day. It is a foggy morning in the Albu LaValley. It seems as if the valley wants to guard its secrets. But we won't be kept away, not by fog and not by the 1200 vertical meter climb that separates us from our destination. The Al Dera. Almost like a reward for our efforts. The sun breaks through as we get ready for the downhill. First section is almost trackless. There is a marking only now and then once again, we feel as if the valley wants to lead us astray. To stop us from venturing further way found the trail into the woods. It seems as if this trail isn't maintained anymore. Deep river beds have to be crossed more than once. The guard rails were gone. We feel adventurous following the trail deeper into the gorge. The gorge is spectacular and in the middle of it there is a giant waterfall. We didn't encounter a single soul all day. We're wondering where are all the hikers and especially the bikers. Yes, the Albu LaValley is reluctant to reveal its secrets, but if you persist, you will be rewarded with great adventure.
