Using the app is simple to get started, create your account and select Ride Norfolk as your transit operator. Then select your pickup and drop off locations. Here's how you can set up automatic payments using a credit card inside your office R and D member portal from the main dashboard. Click billing on the left hand menu, then select payment details, click the add credit card button and fill in all the required fields. Your credit card details are saved securely and privately inside office R and D and only you can access or make changes once you've entered your information.
