When a client hires you, they deposit their payment to Voices. Voices holds that payment with our SurePayTM Payment Protection Service while you work, and releases that payment to you when you’ve completed the project. Payments go out each Friday, and you'll receive payment to your PayPal account.
Packages are pre-set work that you create, set the price and the timelines. They show what you are offering and provides a description of what you will deliver.
Tiers are levels within the packages. They show the additional services you are willing to provide for various prices. We have three levels: Essential, Enhanced and Elite.
Essential is the basic level in which you can offer your project at a lower cost and less work on you (ie: lower word count).
Enhanced is the middle level where you can set the price a bit higher and include a few more items the client may want (ie: additional split files, quicker turnaround, higher word count).
Elite is your top-of-the-line offering. This package may include more services, additional quality and a higher word count.
Please note that tiers are optional to create and are only available with non-broadcast packages.
Voices gives you the option to choose the way you work. You can both respond to jobs and create packages or choose just one path that works best for you.
Jobs have a wider range of pay and they have more back and forth with clients so you can determine their direction. You will have to audition for jobs so you are up against other talent and may not always land the role.
