Sometimes creative projects can be slowed by having to review a performance after it’s been recorded. Providing feedback to talent and then waiting for a new recording can often stretch timelines out further. To speed things up, you could discuss the performance in real-time during a live directed session (LDS).
Wouldn’t it be great if you could find and hire talent based on how they conduct an LDS? That way you could go into the project on the same page. This is especially useful in situations where meeting with talent face-to-face in a studio isn’t possible.

Fortunately, we’ve made changes to our search tools and talent profiles to make finding talent to participate in an LDS easier.
Filter Search Results by Live Directed Sessions
When searching for talent, you can filter results based on the LDS technology or method they use:
This ensures that the talent is comfortable with performing during an LDS and that they use a technology you’re familiar with. This means you can focus on the performance and not waste time “getting set up” or wrestling with technology.
Review Talent Profiles
If you’ve got a talent in mind or you’ve found a talent via search, you can visit their profile and see how they participate in an LDS:
If you’d prefer us to find the talent for you, you can post a job and use VoiceMatchTM. Our system will automatically invite the talent best suited to the job. Or you can engage our Managed Services team.
