What can you do on the app?
- See job opportunities in all our creative services
- Narrow down your job opportunities with ‘Save for Later’ and ‘Archive’ features

See jobs in all our creative services
Once you add a service to your profile, you’ll see matching job opportunities on your ‘Jobs’ tab. Just like on the web version, you’ll see service labels to help you quickly know a job’s service without having to dive deeper into the job details.
Filter and sort options are also available on the app. Just be sure to clear your filters to see all job opportunities.
Narrow down jobs to respond to later
Save jobs you’d be perfect for by swiping right to save for later. Swipe left to archive jobs you’re not as interested in.
Accept Job Agreements to keep projects moving forward
Out and about but want to accept that exciting new job? No problem! Accept job agreements for new jobs and accept additional payment for existing jobs on the app. When you accept a job agreement promptly, projects move forward efficiently, and that’s something everyone loves!
Upload files to working jobs
You can upload files to a working job if the file is already on your phone. From the ‘Jobs’ tab in the bottom navigation bar, select the job, then select the ‘Files’ tab, and finally click ‘Browse for Files’. Once you’ve uploaded the file, press ‘Submit for Review’.
Additionally, stay up to date on clients’ revision requests by selecting ‘View Revision Request’ on previously uploaded files.
Send messages to keep in contact with your clients
Keep in touch with your clients while you’re on the go through the ‘Messages’ tab. A blue dot will appear on the ‘Messages’ tab when you have an unread message. Once you’re awarded a job, messages between you and the client will appear in your ‘Messages’ Inbox.
Not at home but want to set yourself up for success when you’re back? Narrow down your job list by swiping right to mark a message as unread or swipe left to archive.
Request release of payments
There’s nothing better than being paid for what you love doing. From your ‘Payments’, then ‘Held in SurePayTM‘ tab, you can request that clients release payment to you for completed work.
Notable things the app isn’t meant for:
- Creating a Guest account
- Editing your profile
- Responding to jobs
Responding to jobs is best done on the web version of Voices
Especially important for voice over, responding with a high-quality custom response allows you to showcase your final audio quality, which gives you the best chance of being hired.
